We have excellent opportunities for polished sales professionals to represent
our spa collections. This key role will involve supporting our key Spas with
education, business expertise and coaching. The position will also include
the prospecting of new Spas in this territory. We seek a motivated, enterprising
and disciplined Territory Sales Representatives with a proven record of success
in outside sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, open new accounts and develop new business by introducing our prestigious spa brands to new clients;
- Foster and cement long-term relationships with top accounts to solidify and expand business with our current clients;
- Develop and implement sales strategies with spa management and staff and our internal marketing and training departments;
- Practice consultative sales approach to create sales and generate business development.
- Increase sales in existing client base.
- Increase sales by opening new accounts.
- Consistently meet quarterly sales targets.
- Provide effective sales presentations.
- Provide excellent customer service with sense of urgency, purpose and professionalism.
- Create an efficient territory schedule to ensure regular client visits, and effective prospecting.
- Utilize available sales and marketing tools for presentations, sales calls, and prospecting.
- Maintain and report calendar of daily activities.
- Manage monthly promotion/demonstration budget.
- Create and implement annual client business plan with ongoing analysis.
- Assist spas with menu development.
- Conduct special promotional events in the spa.
- Periodically provide product knowledge/retail sales training to clients.
- Present and help implement sales, marketing, and education tools to clients.
- Work a minimum of forty hours per week.
- Be willing to work some evenings/weekends as needed.
- Attend company sales meetings.
- Communicate regularly with Director of Sales, Customer Support Back-up, and Educators.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have SPA INDUSTRY SALES EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, with a proven track record of sales success
- High level of initiative and self-starting ability
- Strong and solid organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and listening skills
- Professional presence and presentation skills required to represent this high quality brand of Spa products
- If you are a certified aesthetician and have knowledge of aesthetics, it’s definitely a plus!
- College degree preferred.
- Strong business development skills.
- Ability to work independently from home office in an efficient and results-oriented manner.
- Ability to build effective business relationships/partnerships with clients.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Demonstrate excellent work ethic and professional standards.
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Must be able to travel overnight via multiple transportation methods.
- Must have reliable form of transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
